Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist / Owner
As a second-generation professional in hearing healthcare, I have followed in the steps of my mother, who purchased her own practice in my hometown of Macon, Georgia 30 years ago. I remember spending afternoons as a child, in the back office of my mother’s practice, watching the impact that better hearing had on the lives of her patients and their families.
I have a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia, which happens to be both my parents’ and brother’s alma mater as well. After managing two successful practice locations outside of Charlotte, I made the decision to come back closer to home to provide my services. Levine Hearing, in South Charlotte, is an independent practice. That means that we can work with any manufacturer, but it also gives us the ability to be selective in which products are chosen to get the best results possible for our patients. I am Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences, which is an elective certification that demonstrates my dedication to go above the requirements of the state of North Carolina and to provide the very best care to my patients.
I am an active advocate for seniors in numerous groups in South Charlotte, sit on the board of the Levine Senior Center, and dedicate extra time providing hearing loss and hearing aid education in many local eldercare facilities.

Dr. Eileen Clark
Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, I graduated in 2015 from Central Michigan University with my Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with the intention of becoming a speech-language pathologist. However, it was in my undergraduate years that I realized my passion for bringing the gift of sound to those who felt isolated and without hope. I returned to Central Michigan University for graduate school, and after completing my residency training in Buffalo, New York, I graduated in 2019 with my Doctorate in Audiology. Following graduation, I relocated to Hickory, North Carolina to begin my professional career as an audiologist with a local ENT practice but ultimately decided to move to the city and join the Levine Hearing team.
I am devoted to helping my patients improve their quality of life by offering hearing aids and assistive listening devices that best accommodate each individual’s lifestyle and unique communication needs. It is my philosophy that each patient leaves every appointment feeling as though they have a better understanding of the problem we are tackling together, and they have hope for positive outcomes. I am honored to be part of such an exceptional team, and I am excited to join you on your hearing healthcare journey!
Practice Manager and Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist
For over 18 years I have been excited to give the gift of hearing everyday sounds of life by educating patients on the best way to reduce the effects of noise-induced hearing loss or by helping patients understand the effects of hearing loss, the many choices of hearing instruments and levels of technology.
Many years ago I was able to take this journey with my mom. She was living with me at the time and I had noticed her withdrawing from conversations, social activities and hobbies she once enjoyed. I tested her hearing and explained her results. We discussed the level of hearing loss and technology that would best help her hear conversations and sounds life. It was an eye-opening experience for me as I was able to see her day to day improvements and help encourage her on some of the harder days. Because of this experience with my mom, I have more empathy and know that the journey of better hearing is real. I can connect with my patients in a more personal way, be more understanding in many situations and help with solutions to improve the quality of conversations.
Family is very important to me. Levine Hearing is a family-owned and operated clinic, and I love that I can bring families together by improving communication through better hearing. This connection to loved ones, friends and sounds of life improves overall health. This is a journey that I would be honored to take with you.
Hearing Instrument Specialist Apprentice
Having grown up in the small town of Zionsville right outside of Indianapolis, Indiana, I ventured out east to Liberty University with a passion for people and art. Originally unsure of which direction to pursue, I decided to pursue a degree in Business Communications and minor in Global Studies. I stumbled across the hearing healthcare world in the fall of 2021 after recently moving to Charlotte and hoping to put my degree to use. I quickly fell in love with the Levine Hearing team, and knew right away I wanted to be a part of their mission of helping people “hear better and feel better.” Being the patient care coordinator has been so much fun, and I am looking forward to becoming a hearing instrument specialist in the future as I am apprenticing with Madison. Helping people gain one of their five senses back is a privilege I am thrilled to have been introduced to.
My name is Josey and I am a Clinical Audiologist here at Levine Hearing. I was born and raised in Geneva, Florida where I graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Central Florida with my Bachelors of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. From there I moved to the beautiful mountain town; Johnson City, Tennessee to pursue my clinical Doctorate in Audiology. Following my course work I completed my residency training in Hickory, North Carolina at a local Ear Nose & Throat practice. There I developed the skills and knowledge that go beyond the textbook. I have since started with Levine Hearing and I could not be more thrilled. Levine Hearing provides optimum care and compassion for their patients and I am excited to be a part of their exceptional team.
B.S. , Audiology Resident
Born and raised in Prosper, Texas, I decided to follow my mom’s footsteps and move out to West Texas to become a Red Raider. Not knowing exactly what I wanted to pursue my degree in, I knew early on that I have always had a passion for helping others. With my dad suffering from tinnitus, and finding out there is no true cure sparked my interest. In 2019, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) with my Bachelor of Science degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences. Continuing my education at TTUHSC, I am currently in the Doctor of Audiology Program. Last summer for our clinical rotations, I spent my time in NC and I just knew I had to move back here. I am so honored to be completing my fourth-year residency at Levine Hearing. I have found true passion in being able to help others hear the world again.
